Pricing

Projects

I value transparency so I aim to give a project-based price whenever possible.

Each project is priced based on its complexity but below are some average price ranges:

  • Website theme: CAD $12,000 - $18,000
  • Page template: CAD $600 - $3,000
  • Custom module: CAD $400 - $1,200

Hourly Rates

When a project-based price isn't possible, I work at an hourly rate:

  • Standard rate: CAD $200/hour
  • Nonprofits/charities: discounted rate of CAD $150/hour

Ongoing Retainers

For ongoing support (minimum three months), you can pre-purchase a minimum number of hours per month at a discount.

Monthly discount rates:

  • 20 hours (5% off): CAD $4,000 CAD $3,800/month
  • 30 hours (10% off): CAD $6,000 CAD $5,400/month
  • 40+ hours (15% off): e.g. 40 hours - CAD $8,000 CAD $6,800/month
